All the baking ingredients to make a 6 large Pumpkin Cheesecake Scones. Simply pour the mason jar mix into a bowl and add 1/2 cup of butter (melted), 1 egg, 1/3 cup of milk, and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese (optional). Combine thoroughly. Scoop 1/2 cup balls of dough and place on cookie sheet a few inches apart. Feel free to shape your scones into whichever shape you desire PRIOR to baking (round, oval, rectangular, etc). Bake at 325 degrees for 11-14 minutes or until the top of the scones are golden brown. Once baked, if available, drizzle icing over scones. Allow to cool and then cut (if desired).
