All the baking ingredients to make 8-10 Waffles or 12-15 Pancakes.
Waffles: Preheat a waffle iron, pour the mason jar mix into a bowl and combine thoroughly with: 2 eggs, 1 3/4 cup milk, 4 tablespoons of melted butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cook waffles on greased waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Pancakes: Pour the mason jar mix into a bowl. In another bowl whisk: 2 large eggs, 2 cups milk, 6 tablespoons melted butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Slowly pour milk mixture into flour mixture and combine thoroughly. Let rest for 10-15 minutes. Heat pan or griddle and once hot add butter or non-stick spray. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, flipping when the centre of the pancake develops bubbles (around 2-3 minutes) and then cook until done.
