All the baking ingredients to make a 6 large Gluten Free Scones. Simply pour the mason jar mix into a bowl and add 1/2 cup of butter (melted), 1 egg, and 1/3 cup of milk. Combine thoroughly. Scoop 1/2 cup balls of dough and place on cookie sheet a few inches apart. Feel free to shape your scones into whichever shape you desire PRIOR to baking (round, oval, rectangular, etc). Bake at 325 degrees for 11-14 minutes or until the top of the scones are golden brown. Once baked, if available, drizzle icing over scones. Allow to cool and then cut (if desired).
Contains: gluten free flour (rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, and xantham gum), salt, baking powder, oats, brown sugar, white sugar, and whichever add on you choose: dried cranberries with white chocolate, dried cranberries, dried cherries, dried cherries with cocoa, dried blueberries, chocolate chips, chocolate chips with cinnamon, raisins with cinnamon, or sea salt caramel with pecans.
