All the baking ingredients to make two dozen Chocolate Chip Lactation Cookies. Simply pour the mason jar mix into a bowl and add an egg, a 1/2 cup of butter, 2 tablespoons of water and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Combine and bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes. If the mix isn't combining well then add melted butter, a few tablespoons at a time.
Contains: flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt, golden yellow sugar, white sugar, brewer's yeast, flaxseed, and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
What are lactation cookies? They contain a mixture of oats, flax, and brewer's yeast that are known to promote breastmilk in breastfeeding moms. FYI: these cookies will not cause non-breastfeeding friends or family members to lactate and are therefore safe for anyone to eat.
