All the baking ingredients to make two dozen Pumpkin Cheesecake Cookies. Simply pour the mason jar mix into a bowl and add an egg, a 1/2 cup of butter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 2 tablespoons of plain cream cheese (optional). Combine and bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
