All the baking ingredients to make over two dozen Sugar Cookies.
-Simply pour the mason jar ingredients into a large bowl and add 1 cup of (almost melted) butter until the mixture is crumbly.
-In a separate bowl beat 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract (optional) until light and fluffy.
-Combine the two above mixtures and mix until well blended.
-Cover bowl and chill in fridge for 1 hour.
-On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out to 1/4 inch in thickness. Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters. Place cookies 1.5 inches apart onto a cookie sheet.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the cookie edges are lightly browned.
*Sprinkles can be added on top of cookies right before baking (optional)
